- In Eni siamo alla ricerca di una/un **Anti-Corruption Expert **che, all’interno di Plenitude, si occuperà di coordinare, monitorare e fornire assistenza specialistica alle funzioni di business, M&A e negoziati della società nell’istruire il processo di due diligence anticorruzione e antiriciclaggio inerente ad operazioni straordinarie di acquisizione/cessione, nel valutare i rischi di compliance riferibili a specifiche operazioni e nel negoziare i relativi accordi con partner e/o controparti istituzionali ed industriali italiani ed esteri.

**Plenitude Società Benefit** (**nuova identità di Eni gas e luce) controllata da Eni, è presente sul mercato con un modello di business che combina la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili, vendita di gas, luce e servizi energetici a clienti privati e business con una rete capillare di punti di ricarica per veicoli elettrici in costante espansione.
- Attualmente fornisce energia a milioni di clienti nel mercato retail in tutta Europa, grazie ad un cospicuo portafoglio di GW di capacità rinnovabile in esercizio. Entro il 2030, per traguardare gli sfidanti obiettivi di decarbonizzazione, si pone l’obiettivo di raggiungere oltre 15 GW ed aumentare il numero dei punti di ricarica per i veicoli.

**Plenitude** è presente in Italia, Francia, Grecia, Slovenia, Spagna, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Norvegia, Stati Uniti, Kazakistan e Australia.

**All’interno del team di Anti-Corruption, Antitrust & Financial Regulation Compliance ti occuperai di**:

- Fornire consulenza alle funzioni di Eni Plenitude e delle sue controllate italiane ed estere nella negoziazione dei contratti per i profili anticorruzione e antiriciclaggio;
- Valutare gli esiti delle due diligence sulle terze parti e, ove presenti delle positività risultanti dalle verifiche sulle liste pep e pil, gestire eventuali red flag;
- Definire e attuare tempestivamente efficaci misure di mitigazione (rimedi contrattuali e/o comportamentali, interni e/o esterni);
- Redigere e revisionare policy in materia di compliance anticorruzione e antiriciclaggio per le joint ventures non controllate da Eni Plenitude e/o le sue controllate in Italia e all’estero;
- Valutare i rischi associati all’offerta di omaggi e ospitalità a terzi;
- Svolgere, in qualità di relatore, delle iniziative di job specific training del personale di Eni Plenitude e delle sue controllate italiane ed estere in materia di corruzione e riciclaggio;
- Supportare in ogni altra attività di competenza della unità.

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza. Potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli e ambiti di studio differenti e/o inferiori a fronte di un’esperienza significativa nel ruolo
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell’ambito
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità alla mobilità nazionale ed internazionale
