JUNIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

La risorsa verrà inserita nell’unità operativa di Badia Polesine (Ro) nel ruolo di Junior Production Manager.

Stiamo cercando una persona appassionata ed interessata a sviluppare competenze nel campo della Lean Manufacturing.

Se sei appassionato di miglioramento continuo, efficienza operativa ed hai voglia di approfondire le tue conoscenze in questo ambito, questa potrebbe essere l’opportunità che fa al caso tuo

Ti occuperai di supportare il Team preposto ai progetti lean, occupandoti di migliorare l’assetto organizzativo della produzione;
garantirai l’industrializzazione di tutti i nuovi prodotti, definendo le idonee metodologie e procedure di fabbricazione attraverso lo studio dei cicli, tempi e metodi di lavorazione;
seguirai l’ottimizzazione dei processi tecnologici;
assicurerai il miglioramento delle linee produttive esistenti e collaborerai con i capi turno ed operatori nell’ottica di una riduzione dei costi e di spechi produttivi.

**Requirements**:
Si richiedono:
Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Ingegneria Gestionale o cultura equivalente;
Preferibile esperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni in aziende strutturate.

Completano il profilo:
Problem solving;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
Capacità organizzative;
Precisione;
Spirito d’iniziativa.
