**Roles & Objectives**
As an Intern you will be part of our Trade Marketing team for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Trade Event & Experience Supervisor. The position will be based in Rome.
In your role, you will support the Visibility and Trade Engagement team in the organization of trade events and sector fairs; support in the management of trade mapping system and their online commercial pages. Furthermore, you can support in planning communication activities. You will also play a key role cooperating within the team and third parties to deploy cross-functional projects.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Support the team in the organization of trade events
- Management e maintenance map Italy
- Support in monitoring photos on Google My Business
- Support in Proof Of Performance maintenance project
- Follow up and monitoring
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics or related fields
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and in Italian
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer and problem-solving orientation.
- Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurship, and attention to detail
- Passionate and able to work in team
**What’s ‘nice to have’**:
A previous work experience is considered a great plus.
