**Job Description**:
Stiamo cercando un/una Receptionist che riporterà al General Services Coordinator per la sede di Kering Eyewear c/o Villa Zaguri a Padova.
- Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:_
- accoglienza e registrazione ospiti, servizio di accommodation e cortesia
- gestione del centralino e smistamento delle chiamate in entrata
- smistamento di posta e plichi pervenuti a mezzo corriere
- organizzazione meeting room, booking riunioni e gestione planning sale
- supporto logistico e organizzativo in corrispondenza di eventi o incontri aziendali
- supporto alla segreteria per organizzazione viaggi e transfer urbani per ospiti esterni
- segreteria di front office e servizi generali a servizio dell’intera struttura ed in particolare supporto alle assistenti di direzione
- Attività di segreteria per:

- formazione obbligatoria (Sicurezza, Primo Soccorso, Antincendio)
- sorveglianza sanitaria e documentazione relativa alla normativa sulla sicurezza
- materiale corporate e cancelleria
- fornitori hard & soft facilities (inserimento ordini, controllo scadenze e fatture)
- smaltimento rifiuti (formulari, compilazione MUD)
- spedizioni
- parco auto aziendale (inserimento ordini, gestione contratti, aggiornamento lista auto/driver/fringe benefit, archiviazione documenti, organizzazione manutenzione)
- piattaforma sistema di ticketing
- Laurea o cultura equivalente
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di receptionist o segreteria generale di almeno 3 anni
- Ottima conoscenza Applicativi Office
- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo
- Dinamismo ed entusiasmo nel lavorare in un contesto internazionale in rapida crescita
- Intraprendenza
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e, come seconda lingua straniera, del francese
- Problem solving
