Siamo alla ricerca di un Production Planner che entrerà a far parte della funzione Supply Chain e risponderà al nostro Production Planning Manager.
- How you will contribute_
- Pianificare la programmazione d’acquisto di prodotto finito carry-over e di nuove collezioni sulla base delle richieste di lancio nel mercato, tenendo conto dei processi di approvazione, industrializzazione e approvvigionamento del prodotto finito, oltre che dell’approvvigionamento delle materie prime e delle capacità dei fornitori
- Mappare e aggiornare periodicamente le risorse di pianificazione associate alla nuova collezione
- Monitorare e controllare in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Acqusti e l’Ufficio di Industrializzazione lo stato di avanzamento dell’industrializzazione e della produzione, verificandone gli scostamenti rispetto alle date richieste concordate
- Relazionarsi con il Demand Planning per la condivisione dei quantitativi da ordinare e dello stato di avanzamento degli ordini d’acquisto sulla base delle fasi di approvazione e industrializzazione del nuovo prodotto
- Relazionarsi con l’Ufficio di Industrializzazione e l’Ufficio Acquisti per assicurarsi che gli ordini di produzione della nuova collezione siano consegnati nei tempi concordati ed entro le deadline
- All’interno dell’Ufficio Programmazione della Produzione, supportare l’Ufficio Acquisti, sulla base degli input ricevuti dal Demand Planning, con report volti al monitoraggio delle priorità delle consegne ai clienti al fine di tenere monitorate le spedizioni dei fornitori e supportare i buyers nei solleciti ai fornitori stessi
- Collaborare con il team per le attività di realizzazione e analisi di report settimanali (KPI’s) di misura dell’efficienza dei piani di riordini e del livello di servizio ai clienti
- Who you are_
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia Aziendale
- Almeno 4/5 anni di esperienza maturata in ruolo e contesto analoghi
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali di pianificazione e schedulazione della produzione (MPS, Capacity planning, MRP)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1 Level)
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel
- Precedente esperienza nel settore Eyewear costituirà un plus
- La conoscenza di SAP costituirà requisito preferenziale
- Capacità analitiche, problem solving e di gestione delle priorità
