**Job Description**:

- Your opportunity_

We are currently seeking a Stagiaire Customer Operations Specialist to join our After Sales & Back Office team in HQ in Padova.
- How you will contribute_- Helping the team to manage Customer Service after sales activities (claim management, warranty evaluation, reverse logistics)- Supporting the team to manage customer’s requests, through different communication channels, and to manage special orders- Supporting the Customer Operations and Sales Support team in relation to back office activities- Ensuring effective communication with other company functions
- Who you are_- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Economics- Good knowledge of MS-Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)- Minimum experience in the role is considered a plus- Fluency in English- Team player with a proactive orientation to results- Genuinely curious
