Stiamo attualmente cercando uno/una stagista che entrerà a far parte del team Finance, presso il nostro Head Quarter di Padova, riportando direttamente all’Accounting Payable Manager.
- How you will contribute_
- Dare supporto nella verifica dei dati inseriti a sistema (partite iva, documenti di trasporto, bolle doganali, condizioni di pagamento, anagrafiche);
- Supportare il team Accounting nella mappatura dei principali processi Finance (descrizione dei processi);
- Assicurare supporto in ambito di fatturazione passiva;
- Supportare il team Accounting nella gestione della digitalizzazione delle fatture;
- Contribuire al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del proprio team di lavoro.
- Who you are_
- Diploma/Laurea in discipline scientifiche o affini;
- Una precedente esperienza in realtà aziendali strutturate sarà considerata un plus;
- Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- La conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus;
- Precisione, affidabilità e curiosità;
- Passione ed entusiasmo per il mondo Finance.
