How you will contribute Gestire il flusso di ordini, dall'acquisizione all'inserimento, nel rispetto dei termini commerciali concordati Contribuire alla gestione delle richieste dei clienti utilizzando diversi canali di comunicazione e supportare nella risoluzione dei reclami Individuare e risolvere, in collaborazione con il proprio team, i problemi prioritari Fornire ai clienti informazioni sui prodotti e sui servizi Supportare nel monitoraggio delle richieste e delle domande dei clienti Mappare le informazioni delle interazioni secondo le procedure operative standard Supportare nella creazione di nuove opportunità di business attraverso un approccio proattivo Who you are Laurea triennale/magistrale (preferenza: Lingue / Traduzione e Mediazione Culturale) Italiano madrelingua o equivalente Ottima conoscenza (scritto e parlato) di Francese, Tedesco o Portoghese La conoscenza dell’inglese è considerato un plus Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Buone capacità di comunicazione Orientamento al cliente Passione, entusiasmo Problem solving Ottima capacità di lavorare in team Why work with us?
