Stiamo cercando uno Stagiaire - EMEA Customer Service (Italian speaker) da inserire nel team Customer Service presso il nostro Head Quarter di Padova.

In qualità di Stagiaire - EMEA Customer Service, farai parte di un ambiente B2B, avendo l’opportunità di assicurare un servizio eccellente ai nostri clienti, rispondendo alle loro esigenze e risolvendo i loro reclami attraverso diversi canali di comunicazione.
- How you will contribute_
- Gestire il flusso di ordini, dall'acquisizione all'inserimento, nel rispetto dei termini commerciali concordati
- Contribuire alla gestione delle richieste dei clienti utilizzando diversi canali di comunicazione e supportare nella risoluzione dei reclami
- Individuare e risolvere, in collaborazione con il proprio team, i problemi prioritari
- Fornire ai clienti informazioni sui prodotti e sui servizi
- Supportare nel monitoraggio delle richieste e delle domande dei clienti
- Mappare le informazioni delle interazioni secondo le procedure operative standard
- Supportare nella creazione di nuove opportunità di business attraverso un approccio proattivo
- Who you are_
- Laurea triennale/magistrale (preferenza: Lingue / Traduzione e Mediazione Culturale)
- Italiano madrelingua o equivalente
- Ottima conoscenza (scritto e parlato) di Francese, Tedesco o Portoghese
- La conoscenza dell’inglese è considerato un plus
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Buone capacità di comunicazione
- Orientamento al cliente
- Passione, entusiasmo
- Problem solving
- Ottima capacità di lavorare in team
