- Your opportunity_

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Back Office Commerciale appartenente a Legge 68/99 da inserire nel nostro team Multi-Channel Customer Operations, situato nel nostro HQ di Padova.
- How you will contribute_
- Supportare gli eventi di vendita (come Buying Days, presentazioni di brand/prodotti, corsi di formazione al cliente in loco, visite c/o il cliente, ecc ) attraverso una partecipazione attiva sia nella preparazione organizzativa che nell'esecuzione.
- Gestire tutte le informazioni relative al Cliente (master data), assicurandone l’aggiornamento, l’accuratezza e la completezza.
- Gestire i flussi di gestione degli ordini in conformità con i termini commerciali concordati.
- Fungere da interfaccia tra il Cliente e i dipartimenti di Planning e Logistica, agendo come primo punto di contatto per qualsiasi problematica.
- Assicurare la gestione dei back-orders.
- Gestire i resi in conformità con i termini commerciali concordati.
- Agire come primo punto di contatto del Cliente in caso di reclami relativi a temi commerciali, di logística e di prodotto.
- Gestire la reportistica relativa alle vendite e ai Clienti a beneficio della corretta gestione delle informazioni da parte del team Sales e del Cliente stesso.
- Implementare e proporre miglioramenti delle procedure relative al servizio clienti.
- Partecipare alle attività di vendita ad hoc.
- Contribuire al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del proprio team di lavoro.

- Minima esperienza di 1-2 anni in ruoli analoghi (plus)
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
