- Garantire la gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori di servizi per tutti i siti italiani esistenti.
- Partecipare all’organizzazione e svolgimento di Tender
- Monitorare costantemente la qualità del servizio offerto dai fornitori attuali e la presenza sul mercato di potenziali fornitori alternativi.
- Coordinare le attività di gestione degli impianti generali della società e delle relative manutenzioni programmate.
- Assicurare la definizione del budget e il monitoraggio dei consumi delle varie utenze.
- Coordinare le attività di gestione del parco auto aziendale e relative scadenze e manutenzioni.
- Gestire i rapporti con l’istituto di vigilanza.
- Coordinare, in collaborazione con RSPP, le attività relative a: prove di evacuazione, piani sicurezza, controlli periodici di sicurezza, verifica documentazione/certificazioni e scadenze.
- Assicurare la supervisione dei cantieri esistenti e dello stato avanzamento lavori con verifiche dirette in cantiere al fine di garantire il completamento delle opere nel rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e della qualità definiti dalla Direzione.
- Partecipare alla definizione del Budget dei servizi generali e assicurare la verifica dell’andamento dei costi in corso d’anno e della regione di eventuali varianze.
- Assicurare il supporto all’organizzazione di eventi in sede.
- Partecipare attivamente alla definizione ed implementazione di nuove strategie e azioni di miglioramento nella propria area di riferimento.
- Garantire che le attività svolte da tutto il personale avvengano secondo gli standard del gruppo in termini di sicurezza e qualità con regolari audit/follow up.
- Lavorare in forte sinergia con le altre funzioni aziendali al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di business, di prevenire l'insorgere di criticità e di attivarsi proattivamente nella gestione delle stesse.
- Organizzare, guidare e far crescere il proprio team, garantendo lo sviluppo di un ambiente _empowered and imaginative_, diversificato, sostenibile, agendo da punto di ascolto per le persone e l’organizzazione.
- Who you are_
- Laurea di indirizzo Tecnico Gestionale (Ingegneria\Architettura)
- pregressa esperienza di almeno 7 anni nella gestione delle strutture o dei servizi all’interno di aziende strutturate;
- capacità di gestione di progetti infrastrutturali (project management) ;
- conoscenza di base dei requisiti legali per la manutenzione degli edifici;
- conoscenza delle normative di riferimento in materia di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza (EHS) ;
- ottima conoscenza dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- preferibile conoscenza di Autocad e di SAP
- ottime capacità organizzative e gestionali, capacità di passare rapidamente da un'attività all'altra, gestendo le priorità
- spiccate doti comunicative
- intraprendenza, curiosità, creatività e attitudine al lavoro di gruppo
- ottime capacità di problem determination e problem solving
- dinamismo ed entusiasmo nel lavorare in un contesto internazionale in rapida crescita
