Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Audit & Document Control Specialist da inserire all’interno del nostro team Supply Chain basato nel nostro HQ, Padova, a diretto riporto del Quality Assurance Coordinator.
- How you will contribute_- Contribuire alla mappatura della filiera produttiva, assicurando che i processi realizzazione e approvvigionamento dei prodotti siano correttamente tracciati e gestiti- Assicurare che gli standard di Kering Eyewear in materia di responsabilità sociale, etica, sicurezza e ambiente siano compresi e rispettati dai Business Partner- Contribuire allo svolgimento delle attività di Due Diligence propedeutiche all’attivazione di un nuovo Business Partner- Contribuire alla gestione degli audit sociali pressa la filiera produttiva, agendo come interfaccia tra Kering Group e i Business Partner, assicurando che le visite ispettive necessarie siano correttamente pianificate e contribuendo all’archiviazione delle risultanze rilevate- Allineare continuamente i Business Partner sulle aspettative di Kering Eyewear in materia di audit sociali, creando e condividendo le procedure, gli standard e le linee guida necessari al corretto svolgimento degli stessi- In caso di non conformità riscontrate durante gli audit, contribuire nella definizione e gestione dei piani d'azione e di miglioramento, assicurando che le evidenze delle azioni correttive e preventive intraprese siano efficaci, registrate e riviste- Partecipare, qualora richiesto, attivamente allo svolgimento degli audit presso i Business Partner- Allineare continuamente la Direzione Qualità in merito a requisiti, standard e prestazioni relativi alla Supply Chain, per quanto riguarda le attività di auditing condotte da Kering Eyewear, da Kering Group o da enti esterni- Conoscere e rimanere aggiornati riguardo normative, regolamenti, leggi e schemi di certificazione, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, inerenti alla responsabilità sociale, etica, sicurezza e ambiente- Contribuire alla creazione e al mantenimento di tutti i sistemi di gestione che Kering Eyewear dovesse ritenere opportuno adottare in materia di Qualità, Sostenibilità, Ambiente e similari.- Contribuire all’implementazione e al mantenimento di un sistema documentale integrato che tenga conto di tutte le esigenze aziendali, assicurando che i processi chiave siano definiti all’interno di opportune procedure e istruzioni di lavoro e che le stesse siano correttamente codificate, archiviate, distribuite e rispettate.- Nel caso di schemi di certificazione di prodotto che coinvolgano l’ìntera filiera produttiva, contribuire alla mappatura delle entità coinvolte, l’onboarding delle stesse al progetto, la definizione di opportune procedure operative e dei documenti transazionali che dovranno essere tenuti sotto controllo per provare il corretto mantenimento della catena di custodia- Supportare la negoziazione con enti esterni di richieste riguardanti requisiti etici, sociali e ambientali, garantendo l’opportuno supporto e agendo al contempo nel rispetto delle procedure, nella tutela del know-how aziendale e della riservatezza.
- Who you are_- Minima esperienza di 1-2 anni in ruoli analoghi- Buon utilizzo pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel- Inglese fluente parlato/scritto, apprezzata, ma non obbligatoria la conoscenza di una seconda lingua- Dinamismo, intraprendenza, flessibilità- Gestione del tempo- Senso di responsabilità- Capacità di lavorare in team- Organizzazione, precisione e intraprendenza- Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte brevi su territorio nazionale
