Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product & Regulatory Compliance Specialist da inserire all’interno del nostro team Supply Chain basato nel nostro HQ, Padova, a diretto riporto del Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator.
- How you will contribute_- Contribuire alla creazione e al mantenimento di procedure e standard necessari a garantire la conformità dei prodotti Kering Eyewear- Assicurare che gli standard di Kering Eyewear in materia di responsabilità sociale, etica, sicurezza e ambiente siano compresi e rispettati dai Business Partner- Agire come interfaccia tra mercato e i Business Partner per garantire la conformità dei prodotti ai requisiti di qualità definiti da Kering Eyewear, alle normative, standard e regolamenti obbligatori a livello nazionale e internazionale e alle linee guida del Gruppo Kering in materia di sostenibilità, etica e sicurezza prodotto.- Cooperare affinché le attività di compravendita dei prodotti e di etichettatura degli stessi avvengano nel rispetto delle disposizioni vigenti in materia di normativa doganale- Conoscere e rimanere aggiornati riguardo normative, regolamenti, leggi e schemi di certificazione, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, inerenti alla responsabilità sociale, etica, chimica e ambientale, mantenendo allineato il Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in maniera coerente- Interfacciarsi con i laboratori accreditati e i consulenti qualificati di cui l’azienda dispone, ai fini di garantire la conformità prodotto, assicurandosi che le prove o le consulenze richieste si svolgano nel rispetto delle tempistiche e dei costi previsti- Assicurarsi che gli esiti delle prove di laboratorio e le consulenze fornite siano correttamente archiviati e fruibili- Redigere la documentazione técnica (Fascicoli Tecnici, Dichiarazioni di Conformità etc.)- Raccogliere e archiviare la documentazione volta ad assicurare la conformità del prodotto (Dichiarazioni dei fornitori, Schede Tecniche etc.).- Analizzare i dati relativi all'efficacia delle azioni intraprese e valutare dove è possibile apportare miglioramenti continui. Ciò include i dati generati a seguito di analisi di laboratorio, segnalazioni provenienti da autorità competenti, da consulenti, dal mercato, dal controllo di qualità, dal Customer Service e da qualsiasi altra fonte pertinente- Comunicare suggerimenti di miglioramento al Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator- Rispettare il Codice etico di Kering Eyewear
- Who you are_- Minima esperienza di 1-2 anni in ruoli analoghi- Buon utilizzo pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel- Minima conoscenza delle normative chimiche europee e mondiali- Inglese fluente parlato/scritto, apprezzata, ma non obbligatoria la conoscenza di una seconda lingua- Dinamismo, intraprendenza, flessibilità- Gestione del tempo- Senso di responsabilità- Capacità di lavorare in team- Organizzazione, precisione e intraprendenza- Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte brevi su territorio nazionale
