Stiamo attualmente cercando uno/una stagista da inserire nel nostro team Financial Controlling che abbia un forte interesse ad approcciarsi all’analisi dei costi HR.
- How you will contribute_- Contribuire alla redazione della reportistica sull'organico in base alle richieste della direzione aziendale, in particolare della funzione HR- Supportare la funzione HR nel processo di pianificazione e calcolo dei costi del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con gli HRBP di riferimento- Supportare il Financial Controller nelle attività di analisi dei dati relativi al personale ovvero nella progettazione e implementazione dei sistemi di reporting volti a monitorare e simulare l’evoluzione dei costi HR sulla base degli scenari organizzativi richiesti- Contribuire all'integrazione dei sistemi informativi per rendere i dati disponibili e fruibili
- Who you are_- Laurea Magistrale in discipline economiche (conseguita o in fase di conseguimento)- Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese- Una precedente esperienza in realtà aziendali strutturate sarà considerata un plus- Propensione all’analisi- Precisione- Affidabilità- Curiosità- Passione ed entusiasmo
