**Job Description**:

- Your opportunity_

As a key player of the global Transition Project Team, you will actively support the design, development and implementation of the future global Customer Operations footprint with focus on elevating operational excellence while balancing brands DNA and equity as well as regional specificities through increased process efficiencies, harmonized procedures, optimized costs and overall heightened customer experience for both direct and indirect customers.
- How you will contribute_- Collect data from within Customer Operations and across companies and functions as needed for analysis purposes- Examine customer operations data to determine current trends and potential impact on the future CO footprint- Identify and recommend harmonized and/or dedicated processes and procedures to best support the future CO footprint and

elevate Operational Excellence- Identify and spearhead new opportunities to synergize Operational Excellence across brands (KEYE/MJ/LINDBERG)- Present analysis and recommendations to the Head of Transition and the broader Transition Project Team in a proper fashion- Participate in project-related meetings with MJ, LINDBERG and/or other KEYE functions and/or CO departments- Support ad-hoc tasks and activities related to the CO transition project- Represent and promote the ‘One Company’ vision of the corporate transition project
- Who you are_- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Engineering or Finance- Proved 2-year experience in a Customer Operations environment- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel, BI and Power Point- Conduct independent research and data collection (self-starter’s attitude)- Possess solid mathematical skills- Demonstrate ability to think both analytically and out of the box- Translate analytical jargon into business terms for explanatory purposes- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing- Work well with a team and under pressure- Demonstrate proactive orientation to results- Possess problem-solving skills- Demonstrate close attention to detail- Manage time efficiently- Prioritize workload effectively
