International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Food, Wine and Spirits sectors.

**Job description**:
Reporting to the **Business Division**, you will **reinforce our Spanish team in sales development**. Thanks to your network and experience, you are **familiar with local players** in the field of Datacenter, Critical utilities and Pharmaceutical, Cosmetical, Food and Wine and Spirit industries.

Your main tasks will be:

- ** Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy **with high added value for our customers,
- ** Manage and develop your network **and your **business development activities**,
- ** Build customer loyalty **by listening to their needs,
- Conduct **negotiations with our business leads** or customers, **identifying all the issues involved** in the project with a view to signing the contract,
- Accompany the **customer throughout project implementation**,
- Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Profile**:
**Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school **with a minimum of **10 years’ experience in an Business Development position** on design and construction projects, you have **strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation**. Proactive, **autonomous **and **organised**, your **strong interpersonal skills** enable you to enjoy **multicultural teamwork**.

Fluent in **Spanish **and **English**, a good level in **French **would be a plus.
