**About the role**

**This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.**

**Responsibilities**:

- As the first person of contact with our research participants, you will need to have a clear focus on providing high-quality service
- Identify and escalate any process improvement opportunities and risks to the business with regards to local research panels
- You will be fluent in English as you're an active part of an international team
- Panel Management support according to market and legal requirements
- Other analogue functions

**Skills**:

- ** Previous experience in customer support and telephone contact**:

- Fluent level of English
- Excellent verbal and written skills in 2nd language (Italian language)
- Interest in media, market research and digital developments
- Friendly, open and strong team player,
- Self-starter
- Interest in working with an international team
