**VIE Analyst - Real Estate Capital Markets - Milan, H/F**
**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**
Vous apporterez votre soutien dans l’origination (nouveaux deals) et la gestion de portefeuille en collaboration avec les professionnels de l'équipe Real Estate Finance.
Vous contribuerez à l’origination et l’exécution de nouveaux deals. Vous élaborerez des analyses financières (incluant les modélisations financières). Vous préparerez les _credit papers_. Vous aiderez les membres de l’équipe lors de certaines phases d’exécution. Vous exécuterez les procédures internes de KYC.
Vous contribuerez à la gestion des deals existants et au monitorage des risques. Vous assurerez le suivi des financements en portefeuille et aiderez à la préparation des annuals reviews, ad hoc reviews et rapports périodiques internes. Vous suivrez les procédures de contrôle crédit et les outils de monitorage des risques en collaboration avec les fonctions concernées.
Vous contribuerez au budget et à la prévision des résultats.

Vous serez pleinement intégré à l'équipe Real Estate Finance, au sein de Financing Solution de Corporate & Institutional Banking CIB. L’équipe est en charge de l’origination, la structuration, l’exécution et la gestion de portefeuille de financements immobiliers en Italie.
Vous rejoindrez nos bureaux à Rome et une équipe dynamique composée de six personnes. Le siège est situé à proximité de la gare Tiburtina, bien reliée au réseau de transports publics de la ville.

Le VIE vous permettra d’approfondir vos connaissances du fonctionnement de la banque d'investissement, et en particulier du financement structuré dans le domaine de l'immobilier. Vous aurez l'opportunité de participer à l'implémentation de la stratégie de la Business Line en Italie.
Vous développerez vos capacités analytiques, de communication et de négociation avec les principales fonctions supports (middle office, Legal, agency, etc).
Vous acquerrez une vision globale des métiers de la banque d'investissement et du marché de l'investissement immobilier, et vous aurez à la fin de la mission un profil adapté pour poursuivre votre carrière dans les métiers de la banque d'investissement et de l'investissement institutionnel ou le conseil financier.

**A vous de nous convaincre **
Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d’un master avec une spécialisation en finance et justifiez d’une expérience de 6 mois minimum (stage et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire.
Vous avez de solides connaissances en financement d'actifs, financement à effet de levier, financement lié à une acquisition, analyse financière & de la performance, des crédits immobiliers, crédits structurés.
Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et débutez l’italien.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Microsoft Excel.
De plus, votre organisation et votre adaptabilité seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre capacité à synthétiser, votre esprit d’équipe ainsi que votre rigueur pour finir de nous convaincre.
