**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting directly to the H&S Manager, the Facility Assistant will assist him for the day-to-day maintenance of the building to which the person will be assigned.

As a Facility Assistant, you will also be providing administrative duties, such as manage all company car fleets and be the first point of contact for all the car vendors representative.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supports the internal health and safety team;
- Manage and follow up all company car fleets for employees in Florence;
- ARIBA PO creation for all utilities invoices, services, rents and lease;
- Supporting maintenance activities for the site when the Snr. Operations Manager is not available;
- Manage administrative tasks such as Employees’ DPI order;
- Support sustainability and recycle project.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Previous experience of working as a Facilities Assistant to management or Administrative role
- Computer literate, particularly in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills in core Microsoft software
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
