**What You Can Expect**:
As a team member in the **General Services and Purchasing team** you will be responsible for managing the space and equipment for the Zimmer Biomet office and employees. As part of indirect purchasing you will interact with multiple stakeholders to collect requests for products and services, in compliance with the company policies.
**How You Create Impact**:
- Plan and ensure the availability of goods and services necessary for the correct efficiency of the Warehouse and Offices
- Request estimates from suppliers, and constantly follow-up with them in order to ensure the appropriate timing for each necessity
- Enter purchase requests (Purchasing orders) within the company management systems
- Check the progress of the deliveries of goods (or services) and the status of stocks to ensure correct planning
- Contact contracted suppliers to request maintenance of equipment, facilities and services
- Verify compliance of the safety systems during periodic checks
- Manage the corporate assets assigned to employees
- Verify and update periodically the company database
- Manage digital archiving of documents
**What Will Make You Stand Out**:
- High School Diploma
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English language skills
- Driving license B
**What Will Make You Successful**:
- Strong communication skills - with all levels of stakeholders, internal or external customers;
- Excellent organizational skills and dynamism;
- Previous experience in similar role is a plus
