- Entry contract for operational customer requests - being major contact and entry point for any customer interaction
- Provide first level support to customers in line the defined scope, escalate and forward customer request to Sales and Technology Manager. Follow-up on customer requests internally
- Perform all kind of order entry, order processing and preparation of order confirmation, delivery and invoicing
- Update ERP pricing files (e.g. price increases, bonus agreements)
- Initiate replenishment / ordering of goods for resales from other SW entities and third parties
- Manage-/Settlement of consignment stocks (filling, return, management, reporting)
- Escalate issues/topics of pre-defined processes to the relevant organization unit
- Resolve pending issues/topics within pre-defined processes respecting time of SL, like e.g. ATP checks, credit limit clarifications
- Create and maintain customer master data
- Perform monthly closing according to pre-defined schedule
- Provide first level technical information (TDS, MSDS) and statistics to the customer on request basis
- Follow-up on topics being raised in Siegwerk’s internal ticketing/workflow tool
- Act as one face to the customer team with the local organization towards the market
- Provide sales statics per product, customer and other reporting
- Partially, backup of colleagues (AMS, Business Units FP & P&B)

**Your Profile**:

- High developed customer and service orientation and mind-set
- Awareness to understand customer’s requirement and business drivers
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in customer service function
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools
- Ability of working in cross cultural teams - within in a global footprint organisation
- Well-developed communication skills in Italian and English
- Ideally working experience of a manufacturing company
