**Nello specifico lavorerai nel team HR, con la supervisione di un profilo senior, occupandoti di**:
**Selezione e Screening dei Curriculum**:
**Pubblicazione Annunci di Lavoro**:
Sarai coinvolto nella stesura e pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro sui diversi canali online e offline.

**Primi Colloqui Telefonici**:
**Supporto nella Gestione del Processo di Assunzione e Amministrazione**:
Collaborerai con il team HR per coordinare le fasi successive del processo di selezione, partecipando alla pianificazione di colloqui in sede, test di valutazione e referenze, assicurandoti che tutto si svolga in modo efficiente. Gestione delle pratiche amministrative.

**Aggiornamento del Sistema di Tracciamento Candidature**:
**Competenze richieste**:

- **Laurea in discipline economiche umanistiche e giurisprudenza**:

- **Gradito Master in Risorse Umane**:

- **Interesse per le risorse umane**:

- **Curiosità e proattività**
- **E' previsto un inserimento in stage con possibilità di assunzione.**_

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
