**Job Summary**
Join us for a **6-month internship in Milan, Italy**. Our internship opportunity offers hands-on experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
- As a **Human Resources intern at DKSH**, you will be a part of our European Human Resources team reporting to the Human Resources Manager. You will play an active role in the Human Resources department and support the European team on various topics.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Management of personnel administration
- Onboarding of new joiners
- Assist on payroll matters in collaboration with French, Dutch and Belgian payroll service providers
- Participate in Group Human Resources projects, related to topics such as culture, diversity, employee engagement, etc.

**Your Profile**
- Prior internship as a Human Resources Generalist as an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- High precision and attention to details
- Strong discretion, handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Effective prioritization and proactive approach
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in both Italian and English
