In un'ottica di sviluppo della nostra organizzazione, stiamo ricercando per la nostra sede di Milano un profilo di INTERNATIONAL HR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT dedicato specificatamente alle selezioni e sviluppo commerciale clientela international.

**Posizione**:
**_Politica aziendale e ruolo e mansione da svolgere_**_: _il Business Developer Manager ricercato si occuperà dell'attività di sviluppo della clientela estera per opportunità estero/Mondo vs Italia e viceversa o estero su estero per professionalità di rilievo operanti in staff/Resident o livello Temporary o interim Management. In base al proprio interesse ed expertise potrà gestire direttamente le selezioni, nonché eventuale attività di Head Hunting, oppure, seguire solo l’attività di sviluppo commerciale e analisi della domanda, interfacciandosi per le selezione con un gruppo di colleghi dinamici e competenti.

Nello svolgimento della propria attività sarà il responsabile di ogni progetto di Ricerca e Selezione legato alla Divisione International: Nel dettaglio:

- Attività di ricerca e acquisizione Clientela international;
- Condivisione del job profile in modo analitico attraverso una corretta e completa analisi della domanda;
- Gestione delivery, trattativa economica e follow up;
- Reportistica e KPI.

Per questa posizione pensiamo ad un profilo di Business Developer Manager che abbia maturato esperienza nell'ambito dell'International Search, operando attivamente nello sviluppo commerciale del mercato internazionale e relative selezioni profili livello Top, Temporary e Interim Management

**Requisiti**:
**_Titolo di Studio_**_: _Necessaria Laurea in discipline preferibilmente economiche o umanistiche

**_ Anni di esperienza maturati in analoga posizione_**_:_ Esperienza pluriennale maturata in analoga posizione.

**_ Settore di provenienza_**_: _Società di Consulenza ambito Ricerca e Selezione di personale medio-alto livello/Executive. - società di International Search.

**_ Conoscenze linguistiche:_** Necessariamente richiesta conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta ed orale livello C1. Preferibile conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere

**_ Conoscenze informatiche_**_:_ persona confident a livello informatico con ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dimestichezza su ATS e CRM. Necessaria ottima conoscenza e praticità di utilizzo dei principali portali di selezione local e international

**_ Caratteristiche personali_**_:_ Candidato dotato di etica, riservatezza, predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, apertura alla relazione/comunicazione, curiosità, determinazione, proattività e problem solving. Persona organizzata e abituata a lavorare con procedure definite e obiettivi.

**Offerta**:
**_ Livello di inquadramento proposto e durata contrattuale_**_: _Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione in linea con le competenze e seniority maturata. Pacchetto benefit e MBO da condividere in sede di colloquio.

**Orario di lavoro**: full time con flessibilità di gestione ibrida (sede + smart)

**Sede di lavoro**: Milano, corso di Porta Nuova, 11 - fermata metro TURATI.
