Sotto la responsabilità dell'Area Sales Manager e collaborando con il New Business Manager, la missione principale del Technical Account Manager è quella di sfruttare le sue elevate competenze tecniche e di business per raggiungere il Target di Vendita assegnato. Per avere successo, sosterrà lo sviluppo e la continuità del portafoglio clienti esistente e favorirà a livello tecnico nuove vincite.
**Responsabilità**:
- Supportare e mantenere il rapporto con ogni stakeholder, dai distributori (GM, Responsabili commerciali) alle carrozzerie (proprietario, imbianchini)
- Per i key account, pianifica e supporta il follow-up aziendale e tecnico ("A & B" indipendenti e carrozzerie "OEM")
- Se necessario, partecipa alla revisione con distributori, clienti chiave, New Business Manager e Business Development Manager
- Supporta la risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e il follow-up (prodotto, no paint, colore e IT) seguendo gli standard PPG
- Cura la formazione della forza vendita técnica del distributore, per il prodotto e per il processo (prodotto, non paint, colore e IT)
- Pianifica e organizza la dimostrazione e l'installazione di carrozzerie segmenti "A&B", collaborando con distributori e New Business Manager nel pieno rispetto delle linee guida PPG
- Analizza e sviluppa il mix di prodotti per i clienti della carrozzeria, dalla presentazione del prodotto alle vendite finali.
- Promuove e vende la formazione técnica esistente (per carrozzerie e distributori), imposta piani di formazione adattati.
- Promuove e implementa l'offerta di servizi "Business Solution" (audit della carrozzeria, analisi dei dati, riparazione rapida ecc.)
- Presenta e fornisce alle carrozzerie le attività promozionali di vendita, trattate con il distributore
- Promuove, segnala e vende nuovi prodotti a distributori e carrozzerie
**Requisiti**:
- Competenze organizzative, Priority management
- Esperienza commerciale maturata in ambito Paint e Coatings
- Conoscenza del prodotto, Non Paint, colore and competenze IT knowledge, orientato al supporto al cliente
- Perfetta padronanza del processo applicativo
- Orientamento al risultato
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di vendita
- Analisi di personalizzate esigenze del cliente
- Conoscenza delle carrozzerie, e dei suoi KPIs
