**Job description**:
Would you like to start a new professional adventure as **CRO Specialist** in one of our opportunities in the **Retail** world in **Milan?**

*** **What will you do?**
- You will join Amaris' UX Chapter working closely with a team of CRO Specialists, UX and UI Designers that supports our Clients in the IT and Digital Division;
- You will collaborate with our clients in the Retail Industry performing analysis and tests to increase the revenues of their e-commerce websites;
- You will directly manage projects and you will engage with several departments and stakeholders such as: directors; managers; business partners; project managers; designers; user researchers; developers, web analytics, etc;
- You will gather quantitative/qualitative information and perform controlled experiments (A/B testing) to define which elements of the customer journey need to be changed;
- You will produce reports and analysis regarding your activities and you will present the results to the e-commerce managers to motivate your choices;
- You will employ project management, analytics and CRO tools such as: Contentsquare, Site Catalist, Kibo (ex Monetate), Adobe Analytics, and Click-Up.

**✍️** **What do we request?**
- Curiosity to better understand customers' behaviour, needs, sources of hesitation, pain points, drivers;
- Strategic and critical thinking and data-driven mindset;
- Proactivity and autonomy in the management of the relationship with the clients and all the stakeholders involved;
- Consulting attitude and excellent communication, presentation and customer relations skills;
- 1 year of experience in the role of CRO specialist, growth hacker and similar;
- Confidence with e-commerce user and customer experience;
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Marketing or Management is a plus;
- Fluent Italian and English;
- Availability to do business trips;
- Remote-onsite balance: hybrid 50%;
- Office: Assago (MI).
