We are expanding our Marketing team and are looking for a **Content Marketing Specialist **who will report directly to our Lead Generation Manager

**Job Description** What will your day-to-day work be like at MioDottore?**
- ** Collaborate with our Lead Generation team,** specializing in Inbound Marketing, to create compelling content for our blog dedicated to healthcare professionals.
- ** Craft inspiring and persuasive texts **(blog posts, eBooks, infographics, videos, etc.) to convert doctors into loyal MioDottore customers.
- ** Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and articles,** making adjustments when needed to maximize their impact and conversion rates.

**Qualifications** What we expect from you**:

- ** Versatile in content creation**:you are able to adapt an idea into different formats, such as texts, infographics, reports, eBooks, and webinars, with a focus on content for healthcare professionals.
- ** Solid experience**:you have at least 3 years of experience in creating marketing content and are familiar with the specific characteristics of online communication.
- ** Results-oriented**: you meet deadlines without ever compromising the quality of your work.
- ** Critical thinking and clear communication**:you have an open and analytical mind, express your ideas with ease, and make them easy to understand.
- ** Technical expertise**:you are proficient with HubSpot or similar tools for content creation and management.
