**n.1 IT security Manager. Milano**

La risorsa sarà l’Information Security Single Point Of Contact ( SPOC) per le funzioni locali, capace di supportare e guidare i vari responsabili dei dip locali e garantire un allineamento con le strategie del CISO, promuovendo le esigenze locali da integrare nella Global Information Security Strategy;
**Si occuperà di**:

- Creare e gestire tutte le attività che ricadono nell’Information Security Transformation Program;
- Impostare le azioni e gli standard per garantire, prevenire, proteggere e gestire tutte le vulnerabilità dell’ambiente in cui opera;
- Organizzare Training e corsi sulla cybersecurity e GDPR
- Gestire gli aggiornamenti funzionali
- Valutare la vulnerabilità della Company a possibili Cyber Attack;
- Monitorare la sicurezza ID e indagare gli avvisi di Alert,
- Guidare e gestire il processo e la risoluzione dell’IS security incidents;
- Valutare i rischi, le minacce e le possibili conseguenze;
- Guidare l’analisi dell’ IS Architecture, distribuire il framework per gli standard di sicurezza dei vari sviluppi ( basati ad esempio su OWASP);
- Guidare i Pentest e gestire la risoluzione di tutte le vulnerabilità scoperte dai pentest e dai Bug Bounties;
- Guidare le azioni e i piani di disaster recovery, avviare il comitato di crisi a livello regionale in caso di violazione di sicurezza e facilitare il processo di decision making;
- Creare Build Services basati sull’RTO/RPO;
- Fornire KPI / Dashboard per informazioni come incidenti, vulnerabilità richieste, difficoltà, risk analysis, MDM, Phishing campain
- ** Formazione**:Laurea specialista in Ingegneria informatica, informatica (o affini); 5-10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo; Conoscenze consolidate in campo IT Security;- ** Skill**
- Elementi base di programmazione
- conoscenze in ambito di Software testing
- Conoscenze in ambito di vulnerability
- Capacità di problem solving
- Buone doti di comunicazione
- Team leading

**Lingue**: Inglese fluente;
- La conoscenza dello Spagnolo è gradita e sarà considerata un plus;

- Sede: Milano orario 9-18 (eventuale reperibilità)
- Disponibilità a trasferta 1 volta al mese in Spagna
