**Job Purpose**:
Location : South Italy

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you should:
Activate the main marketing activities (communication, co-marketing initiatives, events with painters and sales people, products introduction, promotions) at store level with a specific priority to implement the brands image store lay-out in existing customers and new ones.
Main focus should be on our most relevant brands but it can evaluate the introduction in the store lay-out and co-marketing activities the consumer brands portfolio of Akzo Nobel.
Objectives are to grow sales, brand awareness, customer loyalty, increase our SOW & visibility of our brands in the stores of the customers and support the opening of new ones in collaboration with sales force.

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**:

- Management of AN local projects & implementation at store/customer level
- Introduce Akzo Nobel store lay-out solutions in the customer stores, make proposals to improve the existing concepts and create new ones
- Management of marketing material for customers (color cards, brochure, pos displays) in collaboration with marketing colleagues (Product & Brand Managers)
- Propose and support the development of advertising campaign tailor made for customers in collaboration with Brand Managers
- Management of co-branded advertising activities with customers
- Organization and management of local events at store level for painters and consumers
- Participation and management, with the other marketing colleagues, to the national customer events and business meeting
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to improve the commercial policy of AN brands
- Monitoring the activities of competitors at local level and create report of them for the MSU
- Create sales & profit report proposing activities to increase performances at customer level
- Local activation of painter tailor made incentive programs in collaboration with sales and customers
- Propose local sales promotions with gadgets in collaboration with the national marketing promotions
- Organization and implementation of sales & marketing training modules for store managers and shop assistants
- Collaboration & working relationship with sales department, customers and other functional streams
- Monitoring and update of our store and navigation lay-out models for store in collaboration with external specialize supplier and purchasing department
- Participate to the EMEA marketing incentive activities for customers of Italy MSU
- Realization and implementation of the Business Planning Cycle at customers level
- Management of the annual budget assigned for co-marketing activities with customers.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Education: Bachelor (Economics) or equivalent
- Functional experience, preferably in Sales and Marketing acquired through mínimal 5 years of Marketing/Sales experience. Specific experience is required in the market in the role of Trade Marketing/Merchandiser/Key Account with focus on introduction of new brands or range expansion of existing brands. Experience in FMCG sector will be appreciated.

**Soft & Technical Skills**
- Language: Italian and English (fluent)
- Ability to prioritize daily work
- Ability to quickly navigate between high-level planning activities and hands-on tasks
- Has good communication and presentation skills and is able to interact with customers, sales force and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure independently, to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously & deliver
- Flexibility and open-minded to new ideas, and have an ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track on priorities.
- A passionate, open-minded team player and self-going with speed and engagement, and a high level of drive and energy.
- Deep knowledge of customers dynamics, negotiation and management, customer experience journey, survey and geo
- marketing tools
- Capacity to manage and implement new concept of store lay-out (preferably in independent stores or franchising network)
- Project management skills are important to drive the development of communication campaign for stores, store lay-out concept, promotions & marketing materials
- Full availability to travel all over the country to parti
