**Business Development Director**

**MANSIONI**
- Gestisce e coordina lo sviluppo della piattaforma in conformità con gli obiettivi definiti con il CDA
- Controlla e ha potere di firma sui contratti di natura commerciale con clienti e fornitori
- Agisce su componenti di marketing mix far crescere il fatturato (segmenti di clientela, posizionamento, prezzi)
- Supervisiona il corretto aggiornamento della piattaforma
- Relaziona il CDA circa i risultati di vendita e l'efficacia delle campagne di marketing in essere
- Partecipa a fiere e workshop nazionali ed estere
- Sovraintende la realizzazione del materiale promozionale
- Redige le procedure operative per il corrette funzionamento dei processi di booking, operations, amministrazione e customer service
- Rapporti con clienti professionali. fornitori/partner del progetto, professionisti, consulenti esterni, Enti Pubblici ed Organizzazioni Turistiche

**REQUISITI**
- BSc/BA in Business Administration o campi affini; MSc or MA considerati un plus
- Esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità o di business manager
- Conoscenza del settore turistico e delle dinamiche che lo governano
- Eccellenti doti di leadership e organizzative
- Ottime qualità comunicative
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di analisi dati
- Capacità di instaurare relazioni con la clientela e di mantenerle nel tempo

**OBIETTIVI**
- Sviluppa obiettivi che tendono alla crescita dell'Azienda
- Progetta i piani operativi e le strategie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissati
- Identifica il corretto dimensionamento delle risorse aziendali per l'ottenimento dei risultati
- Organizza le Operations in modo da assicurare il massimo della produttività
- Supervisiona in generale l'Operato delle risorse umane e dei professionisti coinvolti nell'attività
- Mantiene relazioni commerciali con clienti, fornitori e partner
- Valuta le performance aziendali in relazione agli obiettivi
- Rappresenta l'Azienda durante eventi/fiere/workshop
- Assicura l'aderenza dei servizi agli aspetti normativi del settore

- CCNL Turismo: inquadramento proporzionato al ruolo richiesto
- Lavoro in modalità ibrida (Smart Working + presenza in ufficio) - 5/6 giorni a settimana
- RAL: trattativa riservata
