Si ricerca un/una Groups & Events Agent da inserire all’interno del team Cibrèo presso Helvetia & Bristol, prestigiosa struttura alberghiera del centro storico di Firenze.

**Compiti e responsabilità principali**:

- Supportare tutte le richieste di eventi in maniera efficace;
- Collaborare con il F&B Manager nella creazione dell’evento, gestendo clienti, collaboratori interni e partnership con fornitori esterni;
- Preparare il preventivo e predisporre il follow up;
- Organizzare le site Inspection e definire i termini del contratto pianificando l'evento nei suoi aspetti operativi e predisponendo il BEO;
- Gestire possibili richieste dei clienti e risoluzioni dei problemi il giorno stesso dell’evento;
- Seguire le procedure di gestione amministrativa per la registrazione delle caparre e dei pagamenti;
**Requisiti**:

- Gradita esperienza nella ristorazione e in Hotel 5 stelle
- Forte orientamento al cliente
- Professionalità, capacità organizzative e attitudine al problem solving
- Grande flessibilità e dinamicità
- Conoscenza Pacchetto Office
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €1.200,00 - €1.400,00 al mese
