Main activities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (New Market Verticals, Supply Chain collaborations, etc.);
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status;
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure credit collections;
- Ensure the appropriate visibility in terms of sales activities and opportunities adopting the company CRM as required.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**
- **5+ experience in sales/business development in the pooling/pallet/logistic businesses - BtB;**:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- Multicultural experience in international environments;
- **Full** working **proficiency in English**;
- High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results drive;
- Team builder.

**Nice to have**
- Direct experience in account management and generating/building relationships with clients and suppliers - BtB - in the **fresh food supply chain businesses/food system;**:

- Used to working with operational excellence practices;
- German knowledge.
