Principali attività e responsabilità:
Capacità di gestire in autonomia analisi di bilancio e redazione di rendiconti finanziari;Supporto nell'attività di screening di nuove opportunità di investimento e analisi di mercato, trend di riferimento, posizionamenti competitivi in particolare sulla base di informazioni pubbliche disponibili sul web;Valutazione aziendale e struttura finanziaria delle operazioni tra cui elaborazione di business plan, analisi finanziarie e financial modelling;Strutturazione, execution e monitoraggio delle operazioni di investimento;Supporto e coordinamento nel processo di due diligence;Predisposizione dei documenti a supporto delle fasi deliberative degli investimenti (es. Investment Proposal, Investment Review semestrali, Divestment Proposal);Supporto nella gestione dei rapporti con le società partecipate;Predisposizione e aggiornamento reportistica pergli Investitori in coordinamento con le diverse funzioni aziendali e delle partecipate coinvolte;Raccordo operativo con gli Investment Analyst.Requisiti:
Formazione:
Laurea magistrale in Discipline Economiche o Ingegneria presso primarie Università italiane o internazionali, con votazione eccellente;
Almeno 5-6 anni di esperienza maturata in Fondi di Private Equity e/o Corporate Finance preferibilmente nel lower mid-market;
Eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali financial data provider;
Capacità di analisi quantitative e qualitative e pianificazione;
Curiosità e vivacità intellettuale;
Dedizione e metodo nell'organizzazione del lavoro;
Ottime doti comunicative;
Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione;
Approccio imprenditoriale al lavoro;
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
