**Introduction**:
The resource provides design support to the high-performance Marketing and Commercial Coordination initiatives which have the final goal to assist Retail and Wealth Management business in the achievement of their needs.

**Activities**:
The source will take part to the following activities:

- Support for the creation, preparation and adjustment of managerial and Business-oriented Presentations
- Resize and adaptation of the creativities and assets prepared by External Agencies, following specific formats
- Management and coordination of External Agencies involved in the creation of central Marketing & Communication Campaigns
- Monitor and coordinate of the local editors for the proper insertion of the assets inside the dedicated website CMS (Magnolia)
- Participate in the planning and brainstorming activities of the Marketing Team
- Direct collaboration w/ the internal Design Team (composed by UX, UI and Service professionals) to create new components for the websites

**What you will learn**:

- Improvement of interpersonal and communication skills thanks to the interactions in a structured, international and dynamic environment
- Learn about the banking business in a complex and dynamic international context within one of the biggest european banking Groups
- Improvement of technical skills regarding the most used tools such as Excel, Powerpoints

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Marketing
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office Tools (focus on Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of specific Design Tools. In details:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma or Sketch
- Knowledge of video editing skills (Premiere and After Effect) are considered a plus
