We are looking for an enthusiastic future professional to join our team as an **intern** in Talent Garden’s **Corporate Transformation** business line.

**Our** Corporate Learning** team** **designs, develops and deploys learning programs** focused on future skills for international companies. We deliver digital empowerment programs to medium and large corporations** with the goal to foster a new digital mind

We are looking for a colleague to join our team: we offer flexible working, the chance to work in a multicultural and multinational environment, and best in class teaming and collaboration.

**In this role, you will support the Team in**:

- Designing and develop Learning & Innovation programs
- Elaborating technical proposal
- Defining, presenting and optimising the proposal (content and economics)
- Cultivating Talent Garden’s faculty: scout new experts and develop the relationship with the faculty members
- Preventing and solving project issues
- Gaining client trust and managing relationships
- Planning deliveries, handling faculty and client agendas
- Managing and controlling deliveries, transmitting Talent Garden’s flavour
- Managing communications to project stakeholders (participants, relevant business leaders, suppliers etc.)
- Supporting the development of reports that monitor progress against set objectives (including project economics)
- Improving procedures related to training operations
- Aligning project stakeholders on progress
- Guaranteeing that the learning experience is in line with expectations

- Flexible and aware of how to collaborate across teams, having fun while stretching your goals and making yourself available to reach joint results
- Fluent in oral and written Italian and English
