Would you like to be part of the largest revolution happening in the world of work? We are looking for the perfect match to join our **Business Transformation team** at our **Milan** office. You will be part of a rapidly expanding team filled with young talents, known for the quality and impact of its transformative projects.

You will be involved in significant discontinuity projects for major national and international clients, working directly with top management of leading companies in their respective industries.

Specifically, you will have the opportunity to:

- Rethink the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR) through organizational and operational levers, with the goal of implementing models that improve business performance in alignment with business strategies.
- Support organizational re-design and process re-engineering initiatives through change management processes, providing tools to address change and unlock its full potential as an integral part of the transformation.
- Evaluate the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitor pre
- and post-transformational intervention performance, and initiate targeted plans to bridge identified gaps.
- a Master's degree in **Management Engineering, Business Administration**, or **Management**, completed or in progress, with excellent grades.
- excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
- previous internship experience will be considered a plus.
- you are a problem solver who never loses sight of your objectives, capable of building strong relationships and promoting collaboration. You inspire trust and drive change through your motivation and enthusiasm. You thrive on challenges and feel comfortable in constantly changing environments, where your leadership skills can make a difference.
