**Posizione**:
StartHub Consulting nell'ambito della DRW empower girls STEM supporta PwC nella ricerca di neolaureati o laureandi STEM da inserire come Transformation Intern - Financial Services.

Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business dei principali players in ambito Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, e Insurance attraverso l’efficientamento e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni. Grazie all’accesso alle vaste competenze del network internazionale di PwC, potrai dare spazio alle tue idee e fornire il contributo innovativo che hai sempre desiderato. Sarai coinvolto in progetti di consulenza riguardanti il process improvement, l’analisi di dettaglio dei processi, l’identificazione delle potenziali aree di efficientamento e di soluzioni tecnologicamente avanzate al fine di migliorare la gestione operativa dei processi. Aiuterai i clienti PwC ad esplorare nuove opportunità di business principalmente nell’ambito Operations.

**Requisiti**:

- Hai conseguito o stai conseguendo una laurea magistrale in ingegneria gestionale oppure in economia
- Parli e scrivi in inglese fluentemente
- Sei in grado di trovare soluzioni funzionali e innovative a progetti complessi
- La tecnologia e i suoi strumenti sono una sfida stimolante e naturalmente il pacchetto Office non ha segreti per te
- Sai lavorare per obiettivi e metterti in gioco con passione
- Sei un team worker e hai buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Hai sempre la valigia pronta anche per un viaggio di lavoro e sei motivato all’attività di consulenza

Degrees/Field of Study required: Master Degree - Engineering and Business, Master Degree - Economics and Finance
