Demand Expert

With the aim of strengthening the Demand Planning department we are recruiting a

**Demand Expert**

who will collaborate with the team providing support, advice and guidance to other functions such as Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Provide historical sales analysis, for sell in and sell out, and analysis of the promotional activities of the reference perimeter;
- Interface with the subsidiaries, marketing and sales departments, for the creation and the updating of the forecast;
- Interface with the Supply Chain team for a discussion of expectations;
- Create and monitor KPIs;
- Manage new products’ launches and their phase out;
- Participate in the drafting of the annual budget for the reference perimeter and in the S&OP process.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Statistics;
- 2 years of work experience in a similar role and in structured companies;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in using SedApta or other similar tools for forecast activities;
- Cooperation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment and interface with multiple departments;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Experience abroad will be considered as a plus.

We offer a salary between 29k and 36k and C grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
