With the aim of strengthening the Supply Chain Team, we are recruiting a

**Planning Expert**

You will manage the supply plan definition for the portfolio assigned, with a particular focus on Rotation Index and obsolescence, collaborating with all the functions involved, in compliance with the Company policies.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure the product availability on time, following the input from demand planning department and respecting production constraints.
- Monitor and manage the inventories of the FG portfolio assigned.
- Issue requests of purchase, in compliance with the Company guidelines.
- Manage the communication regarding the portfolio managed cross functionally, with local and corporate departments.
- Solve inventory issues, such as out of stock, overstock, obsolescence etc.
- Proactively support cross functional projects, digital fit projects and new tools implementation
- Support new products acquisitions, within the assigned scope.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics or management engineering is preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceutical companies.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and preferably knowledge of SAP and BI systems.
- Knowledge of the English language, at least at B2 level.
- Ability to work in a team, proactivity, communication, and analytical skills.

**Our offer**:

- Permanent contract.
- “C” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
- Salary between € 32.000 and € 36.000.
