For this season, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at our at the newly opened Splendido Grill.

**Main duties & responsibilities**

The Demi Chef de Partie will:

- Prepare meal: Cooking and preparing food for each service.
- Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions.
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
- Monitors portion and waste control.
- Coordinate and monitor all Demi and Commis de partie assigned to him/her
- Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.

**Requirements**:

- Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred

Other requirements:

- Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
- Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background
