La nostra Azienda Cliente è un Boutique Hotel 5 stelle presente nella più esclusiva baia della Riviera Ligure.
**Posizione**:
Lo **CHEF DE PARTIE** sarà responsabile del proprio specifico settore, nonché di tutte le fasi necessarie alla realizzazione dei piatti. Sovrintenderà alla preparazione e alla cottura dei cibi, e organizzerà i gruppi di lavoro assegnando compiti distinti.
- Ruolo e mansioni:_
- Selezionare la qualità degli alimenti, dialogare con i fornitori, compilare le ordinazioni e garantire le scorte della dispensa.
- Organizzare e coordinare il lavoro di cuochi e commis suoi sottoposti nel cucinare le pietanze della partita
- Controllare i costi dei piatti preparati, ovvero il costo della materia prima necessaria per realizzarli.
- Curare la guarnizione e verificare la mise en place delle portate in uscita dalla cucina.
- Elaborare piatti di sua competenza e, con lo Chef, creare nuove ricette da inserirle nel menù.
- Vigilare sul rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza alimentare, segnalando eventuali rischi.
- Assicurare l'efficienza di tutto il lavoro di cucina.

- Competenza nelle tecniche di cucina
- Capacità di organizzare e guidare il lavoro di una squadra
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Creatività e passione
- Resistenza allo stress e alla fatica
- Esperienza pluriennale nella mansione
- Disponibilità immediata
**Altre informazioni**:
Assunzione diretta per la stagione estiva con possibilità di lavorare nella stagione invernale presso un’altra struttura.
