Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Reporting to the HSE Plant Leader, you will collaborate with business Unit Environmental Leader, oversee environmental performance, ensure compliance, and support sustainability initiatives.

As an Environmental Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Managing IPPC permit activities, including new permit requests.
- Supporting HSE in ensuring Florence Site's Environmental Compliance through audits and investigations.
- Leading/reporting environmental events; maintain ISO 14001 certification. Managing environmental processes for Florence site.
- Supporting de-carbonization and sustainability projects.
- Collecting and reporting environmental data.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a degree in Environmental Engineering or relevant field with some experience as an Environmental Specialist.
- Have Environmental Italian law knowledge.
- Be fluent in Italian and English.
- Be able to develop improvement proposals.
