Our team is responsible for the Electric Motors and Generators integration, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio, manage programs for technology development, electric machines selection and integration with other components, testing and installation support for our customers.

In a dynamic and fast-growing environment, you will be responsible to conduct autonomously the execution of electrical engineering projects for complex power generation and moto-compression trains, acting as electrical unique entry point.

As a Technology Integration Leader - Electrical Machines, you will supervise Electrical Engineers during several design phases, working with all engineering departments contributing to the design and development of products, solutions, and systems.

As a Technology Integration Leader - Electrical Machines, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising and reviewing electrical projects during engineer design review and design verification process, support design modification, working with all engineering departments to ensure perfect design and engineering integration.
- Addressing the configuration and features of Electric Machines (MV Motors & MV Generators), associated systems (VSDS, e-house, electrical BOP etc.) and comprehensive system integration concepts and testing.
- Develop new digital technologies and solutions for electric machines and drives monitoring and diagnostic.
- Collaborating with “Electrical Engineering Product Director”, “Brush Engineering Integration Leader” and Segment Platform Leaders supporting and providing new ideas to enhance product/solution value proposition, integration, and productivity for a common and clear direction to keep our products ahead of the market.
- Supporting product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior cross functional stakeholders, contributing identifying technology solutions innovations, create strategic sustainability goals to keep competitiveness in energy transition.
- Supporting testing and installation for our customers, optimize design testing methods and equipment acceptance criteria, revising and developing new processes and procedures with quality assurance.
- Leading RCA’s and Lesson Learned reports, corrective and preventive action implementation, keep staff working within internal procedures, quality standards and safety rules, provide mentorship and technical career development path.
- Providing support to sales and proposal team to develop risk and opportunity assessments and monitoring the implementation of resulting actions into each area of responsibility.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have proven engineering experience within an electrical environment across quality standards, global procedures, and safety.
- Have a Masters' degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar equivalent
- Show experience in Electrical Machines Design & Operations, with a solid background in Electrical Systems Engineering / Integration / Validation
- Be a seasoned practitioner with an ability to work on complex technological solutions
- Have proven problem-solving skills to develop new methods and approaches
- Be confident and speak with authority in the network of experts and in project teams.
- Be fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit
