You will be playing a key a key role in driving cultural changes redesigning Procurement and Logistic processes and ensuring smooth operations within the organization, establishing best practices, fostering continuous improvement, driving KPIs & tools optimization.
As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing S&OP process for Procurement & Logistics organization in close collaboration with Business Units
- Managing vital Procurement operating rhythms connecting different areas of the organization such as supplier capacity, quality, OTD, agreements etc.
- Identifying and prioritizing key issues along the entire PO placement process
- Connecting with the rest of the organization to gather inputs and provide feedbacks on every phase of the initiatives (setup, implementation, maintenance)
- Maintaining the right communication rhythm both internally and externally to Procurement & Logistics organization to ensure awareness and compliance with defined improvements, tools and processes.
- Driving cultural change with suppliers in alignment with Procurement & Logistics improvements and requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have full professional proficiency in English
- Be able to lead complex initiatives
- Experience on supply chain processes
- Be excellent in interpersonal, communication, influencing, presentation and facilitation skills
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative
- Be able demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
