Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

You will drive cross functional initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function. You will conceptualize and execute initiatives in the around processes and tools taking mobilizing the required resources form every platform and function taking care of interfaces and stakeholders as well.

As a Transformation Initiative Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Building a proper problem statement of the initiative and identify all steps required to fulfill them
- Establishing a baseline for the relevant processes and organization
- Identifying stakeholders and preparing a proper communication and involvement plan
- Performing project and metrics tracking
- Presenting projects plans, roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders
- Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organization
- Understanding TPS strategy and operating models
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop improvement strategy and priorities, ensuring linkage between business needs and operational processes
**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a degree from an accredited university or college. MBA desirable
- Have experience in driving Engineering Transformation for business initiatives and deliverables
- Be highly initiative and self-driven, with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others
- Demonstrate robust and reliable project management skills
- Be familiar with analysis tools like multivariate regression and other statistical tools like Montecarlo Simulation etc
- Be familiar with finance concepts like ROI, NPV
