Tendering Procurement Leader

Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Instrument Control Engineering team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

In this role, you will act as Procurement reference for Equipment & Project Tendering activities in the assigned regions. You will be managing requests coming from Commercial and Application Engineers around proposals preparation, guaranteeing feasibility plan, OTD and Cost competitiveness.

As a Tendering Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Working with Commodity Buyers to identify the best supplier strategy based on specific project requirements
- Supporting the development of new suppliers according to Customer preferences or specific Localization activities
- Coordinating Commodity Buyers to achieve the best price and LT during Deal negotiation, clearing understanding of Procurement strategy and execution needs
- Working with Application Engineering to check bill of material and ensure that all critical items are properly managed to avoid leakages
- Ensuring full alignment between ITO and S&OP process for the critical items. Expand S&OP monitoring
Managing Vendor List discussion/negotiation and project impact analysis, ensuring Procurement processes and needs are fully understood across the business
**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc from an accredited university with proven experience in Procurement
- Demonstrate competence in building sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier selection/ management and negotiating sourcing contracts
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and coordinate team resources
- Display a good aptitude for building trusted relationships with key customers, partners, industry influencers and decision-makers
- Demonstrate organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities. Proactive attitude, initiative, decision-making skills and accurate oriented.
- Be fluent in Italian and English language and have a EU Work Permit
