Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

The Product Leader will support the execution of the CC Multi-Generational Product Plan and driving the commercialization of new technologies.

As a Product Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Developing long term product lifecycle strategy based on customer and market needs for Centrifugal Compressors.
- Translating market requirements into technical product characteristics to achieve comparative differentiation
- Facilitating early customer engagement for new product qualification, introduction, and commercialization
- Establishing standard product configuration and serviceability, including driver equipment and packaging.
- Maintaining product policies, support technology injection, and ensure cost competitiveness throughout the product's lifecycle.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a master's in engineering or equivalent
- Have Engineering/Product experience and knowledge.
- Have executive level presentation skills with exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in English and Italian.
- Be a self starter with a proactive attitude as well as showcase a positive attitude about performance and teamwork.
- Have a EU work permit
