As Nova Growth Product Management Leader will be responsible for:

- Supervising direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources, with direct accountability for team development and engagement.
- Being accountable of the Industrial ComOps and Applications Engineers performance.
- Managing a portfolio of customer projects, with accountability for customer satisfaction, profitable execution and related financials.
- Developing a business plan for the platform being involved in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences.
- Contributing to the strategic plan of the E&P business unit, presenting solutions on overall portfolio and related strategy to top leadership.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and deliver winning global strategies to grow our business

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have significant experience on Industrial Market Project Management and on the broader process from ITO to OTR
- Demonstrate leadership capability;
- Be open to innovative ideas and passionate to new technologies;
- Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for an area or business segment.
- Have good verbal and written skills, be fluent in English.
- Be able to travel (up to 40% travel required)
