**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**

With a Responsibility for Adriatic zone, the purpose is to evolve into a full Industry Product Manager position, in particular:

- Follow the Product Lifecycles by creating, updating and inform all the relative functions about the Industry Products.
- Follow, understand, and share all the aspects of the new Products
- Follow the Marketing Guidelines on Product Launch strategies and actions (Launch price strategy) and be a Project Manager for the Go 2 Market Processes for all the Major Product releases
- Be a member of the Marketing Communication Team by organizing (in collaboration with Marketing) Communication Campaigns, using the appropriate tools and translating accordingly the content. Analyze the Data of Communication actions to support the Prospection
- Participate in the organization and support of the Marketing Events
- Follow the Quality procedures where the Marketing is involved
- Collaborate with Customer Care Industry Adriatic in the management of the FA
- Collaborate with Customer Care Industry Adriatic in projects related to Customer Experience Management
- Update and verification of the database in CRM and IB

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Technical/Scientific fields (Biology, Pharmacy, Physics,)
- Clear understanding of Industrial processes of Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic & Food industries
- Sales or Marketing background is a plus
- Biology or laboratory background is a plus
- Basic experience made in company supplying to Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Italian
- Excellent teamwork skills and customer oriented
- Excellent use of social network platforms and IT programs (from Windows 10 mostly)
