**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work close to Functions and Regions to identify areas of process improvement delivering redesign options and/or tools development
- Analyze key processes of the assigned program to map process steps, systems/tools, R&Rs and delivering a clear view over identified gaps and prioritized solutions
- Prepare business cases for proposed programs supporting strategic prioritization
- Effectively cooperate with IT and in general with “extended” Team members for programs development
- Regularly update organization and key stakeholders on program status
- Assure a smooth startup of the initiatives (post go live), granting process stabilization and proper adoption
**Required Qualifications**
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college

**Desired Characteristics**
- Background: IT, Operations or Project Management
- Preferred experience in Energy industry
- Strong communication skills within a cross-functional environment
- Strong promoter of the collaboration culture
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Proven process improvement and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
